SHIPFAST LAUNCH CHECKLIST

Stop Hiding in Product Work: The Launch Checklist for Weekend SaaS Builders

Most weekend SaaS projects do not die because the first version needs one more feature. They die because the founder never turns the build into a measurable commercial ask.

The dangerous sentence is: "I’ll launch after I clean up one more thing."

A better launch day has five assets:

  1. A paid promise. What outcome are you selling, and who cares today?
  2. A checkout path. Gumroad, Stripe, Lemon Squeezy — it does not matter as much as having one working link.
  3. A product page. One headline, one before/after, one proof point, one CTA.
  4. A founder/community post. Not an owned-only announcement. A real public ask where builders or buyers already spend time.
  5. A two-hour measurement window. Clicks, captures, replies, and sales before you change pricing or copy.

That is why we made ShipFast: a SaaS MVP launch kit for founders who already built something and need to publish the commercial wrapper today.

The launch rule

If you cannot point to one public URL where a real audience saw the offer, you have not tested demand yet. You have only prepared to test demand.

ShipFast exists to compress the gap between "the product works" and "someone outside the building can buy it."

What to do today

Pick one product. Write the paid promise. Publish the checkout link. Post one founder/community ask with UTMs. Wait two hours. Then decide what to fix.
